OEM & private label
OEM, private-label and branded-catalogue manufacturing are the reasons most distributors and procurement teams talk to us. Below is exactly how it works, what we need from you, and what you get back.
What we customise
Catalogue number, lot code, size and CE mark applied in your own format and position.
Your brand mark on the handle, blade or instrument shank, to your artwork.
Thermoplastic case in six colours, leather pouch with your choice of lining, jeans bag, or individual blade boxes.
Printed retail carton produced to your artwork — the same process we use for our own annual box design.
Territory discussion, catalogue page support and repeat production scheduling.
Not a relabel. Send a drawing, a physical sample or a page from another catalogue and we tool for it.
The process
Drawing, sample instrument or catalogue reference. Tell us quantity band and target market.
Price per quantity band, lead time, branding cost and packing options, returned in writing.
A first article is made and sent for your physical inspection before production is released.
Documented in-process inspection under our ISO 13485:2016 quality management system.
Your branded packing, export documentation and handover to your freight forwarder.
What we need from you
Everything below is optional except the first line — but each item you can give us removes a round of questions and shortens the quotation.
Tell us the line and the quantity band. We reply within one working day.
